Oleksandr Kotsiur was born in 1980 in Letychiv, a village in the Khmelnytsky region.Kotsiur, who received his education at the Pontifical Lateran University click here (Gorodok branch, Khmelnitsky region), is a Roman Catholic priest who was ordained in 2005 and currently serves at the Church of St.Anne (Bar, Vinnitsa region).
